Pepper Tree Park was founded in the mid-70s and includes 99 owner occupied (not available for rental)town homes with several unique floor plans. Many are still owned by the original owner. The homes are valued between $100,000 and $250,000.  The Park also boasts a clubhouse with a saltwater pool, walking trails and four ponds to enjoy.
