Swimming Pool

Pepper Tree Park has a saltwater pool which is cleaned and maintained by resident volunteers.

There is no lifeguard on duty and swimming is at your own risk. 

Hours (unless otherwise posted for cleaning and maintenance) are 6am to 11pm Sunday through Thursday and 6 am to midnight Friday and Saturday.

The pool shall be used only by residents and their guest. Up to eight guests are allowed to accompany residents who are in good standing, but guests are not allowed to use the pool without their resident host present at all times. Children may only use the pool if accompanied by an adult resident.
